Justin Forsett joins this week's edition of Schooled With The Professor. The topic is running backs and how the position has chance since Forsett played football. He retired after a nice, nine-year career. Like so many football players, he started at the age of seven. He’s watched the workhorse backs who would get 20 or more carries a game. But by the time Forsett got into the NFL, things changed. More teams started to have running back by rotation. It has gotten to the point where last year only one back averaged more than 20 carries a game and only 13 had 1,000 yard season. Backs have also watched their salaries drop. Still, Forsett had fun. As a small, quick back, Forsett was a perfect role player in a rotation. He was also a college and Seahawks teammate of Marshawn Lynch. Forsett tells some Marshawn stories. He also talks about his Shower Pill company that is freshening up athletes after workouts.
